When staying at the Mount Hartman Bay Estate you will enjoy a luxury holiday experience unlike any other you may have had before. From the moment you land at Grenada airport, you will welcomed to the island and whisked away in the Estate’s fleet of private cars, for a 10 minute drive to reach your destination. Passing through the estate front gates to be greeted with a signature estate cocktail and a refreshing cold towel. Once you catch your breath the staff will escort you to your luxurious accommodation, they will help with unpacking too when you are ready they will show you around this magnificent property so you can relax and feel right at home.  The extensive grounds extend over 7 acres, on its own peninsula with stunning views across Mount Hartman Bay, up to the tropical forests and rugged peaks of Grenada.

The unusual architecture of the estate is breathtaking and blends traditional, contemporary, organic and futuristic décor and styles harmoniously within its surroundings reflecting elegance and luxury complete with unparalleled service paying attention to every detail. Mount Hartman Estate is available to rent as a whole or each of the 3 villas can be rented individually, depending on the size of the party.

THE MAIN HOUSE - Can accommodate up to 20 people
Consists of the Main House, Top Reef View Suites and Folly Tower - this Villa is the original completed in 2004. There are 7 Large suites and the Folly Tower Suite, 6 have private balconies with sun loungers and views of the bay and the 90’ infinity edge swimming pool with swim-up bar and jacuzzi. The Reef View Suites all have bi-fold doors and share a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding bay and reefs. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers, luxurious toiletries, fluffy white towels and bathrobes, most of the rooms also have a large bathtub. The average size of the suites is 1,000 square feet (100m2) and can comfortably accommodate additional rollaway beds (except for the Folly Tower). Each suite is fitted with a king bed, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, mini-bar fridges as well as tea and coffee. This villa also has a separate kitchen available for use by a Nanny or your personal staff for any strict dietary requirements.

THE BEACH HOUSE - Can accommodate up to 12 people
Located a short stroll from the Main House past the pool and down on to the private beach. The beach house has 4 spacious rooms each with their own private entrance, one room opens out to give direct access to the Beach House swimming pool. The other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden. The rooms on the upper floor are 1,200 square feet (120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two plus luxurious toiletries, fluffy white towels ,bathrobes mini-bar fridges as well as tea and coffee. The Beach House has a small kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen and BBQ, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king-size pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in these rooms.  

THE BAY VIEW VILLA -Can accommodate up to 8 people
Recently added ( Jan 2019) - 4 bedroom contemporary villa, where every room is air-conditioned and has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors to take full advantage of the stunning views of Mount Hartman Bay. The interiors have white quartz floors - 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms (with bath) and 2 twin bedrooms (can be made into king) with en-suite, each bedroom has a private balcony with great views along with luxurious toiletries, fluffy white towels and bathrobes, mini-bar fridges and tea and coffee. There is a large open plan kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), opening onto a sitting room with a sit up bar and large laundry room, fitted with quality Miele appliances. The Bay View Villa has a large infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi and gazebo and is set within 1 acre of private walled garden. So has the option to be private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate.

The Mount Hartman Estate provides a man-made private beach area that wraps around the estate with white sand

gently sloping towards the water gives that natural beach effect with a 150 ft privacy waterside cordon. For additional enjoyment there are large screen smart TVs in all rooms, outdoor movie screen for "movies under the stars" a large fire pit on the beach to seat approx. 50 people, fully equipped gym, 185 ft private dock and a team of 24 dedicated staff!

The chef can cater for all dietary, religious requirements and budgets to create tailor made menus for you based using home grown and locally sourced fresh produce. Gourmet, specialty and international sourced items are available on request at an additional cost. Dining areas within the entire estate are plentiful whether you prefer a more formal and informal dining experience. The Estate cellar is also stocked with imported wines available at an extra cost.

Vehicles for guest use - 12 seater minibus, 7 seater SUV and 5 seater 'buckie' truck.
Boats for guest use - 34 foot motor yacht, 20 foot Phantom speedboat (one boat Captain).
